Citizens for Cathcart Safety is a community group advocating for safer, smarter development in the Cathcart area. We support responsible growth — but not at the expense of neighborhood safety, school traffic, pedestrians, or local families.

Our mission is to work with Snohomish County to improve the Eastview Village plans by prioritizing safe roads, safer school access, and pedestrian protections for our community. We believe development should enhance neighborhoods, not endanger them.
